- Josh Blackman Review added: 2018.05.01★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor poor company which I would stay away from. The birthing pool was unopened (home birth plans changed) so it was collected by DPD unopened/unused. 4 weeks later, I have to chase Made in Water asking where my full refund was. Apparently they had never received the package although I received a DPD confirmation that it was picked up. After further conversations, they refunded me the sum, minus £25 handling fee and £29.50 delivery charge; £14.50 for delivering and £14.50 for picking up (it doesn't even equal £29.50). Informed them this is nowhere on the website and they referred me to their Terms of Conditions.....still nowhere. Made up delivery costs (I was told this is the amount it cost them so that's how much I should pay) and such poor customer service. Stay clear at all costs
